Damaged Product / Missing Parts or Accessories

In case the customer receives:

• A damaged product, or
• Missing parts/accessories

A replacement request may be considered only if a complete unboxing video is provided as proof at the time of claim submission. The unboxing video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening
• The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
• The issue/damage/missing item clearly visible

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Wrong product ordered by customer
• Product not meeting personal preference/expectation
• Any claim raised without valid proof (where applicable)

All claims are subject to verification and approval by the brand team
