Delivery Partners • Primary delivery partner: Blue Dart. • In some cases, the manufacturer/brand may use their own authorised logistics service. 3. Dispatch Timeline • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after order confirmation. 4. Tracking • Tracking details are shared via email/SMS or in your RKMG account once shipped. 5. Delivery Delays • Force majeure events, courier issues, or regulatory restrictions may affect timelines. Customers will be updated promptly. 6. Damaged or Tampered Packages • Do not accept a package if it’s damaged or tampered. Report to RKMG within 48 hours with proof. 7. Undelivered Orders & Failed Delivery Attempts • If the delivery fails due to wrong/incomplete address or customer unavailability/unreachability after multiple attempts: • Shipment will be returned to sender. • Logistic charges for both forward & return shipping will be charged to the customer. • Any refund (if applicable) will be net of these charges. 8.
